• Present mortgage options in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients in completing applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends and actively promote brand awareness within the community.
• Network to generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license required.
• Ability to maintain licensure and complete continuing education.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage process.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
