But above all, Adam’s greatest devotion is to his family. He and his wife Katie are proud parents to two daughters, Annaleigh and Elouise, who light up their lives and keep them grounded in what matters most.

Outside of work, Aaron is deeply devoted to his family his wife Kirsti and their baby boy, Beckham. John brings a unique blend of executive sales leadership, technology expertise, and relationship-driven service to APfinity Mortgage. With a successful career as a Sales Executive and Principal Solutions Engineer in the enterprise technology space, John has spent more than 15 years helping clients navigate complex decisions, build trust, and deliver strategic solutions that create lasting value.
Today, John applies that same consultative approach to helping homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals find the right mortgage solutions with confidence. He believes every client deserves personalized guidance, clear communication, and a trusted advisor throughout the financing process.
Away from work, John is a passionate golfer who enjoys any opportunity to get out on the course. Proud of his Italian heritage, he maintains strong ties to Italy and loves returning to visit whenever he can. Above all else, John’s greatest joy is his family. He and his wife, Lara, are proud parents to their two sons, Philip and John Jr., who are the center of everything they do.

For the past 15 years, she has served as a Mortgage Loan Officer, helping hundreds of families navigate the home financing process with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service. Throughout her career, she has worked with respected financial institutions and has earned a reputation for building lasting client relationships and delivering personalized lending solutions.
In her new role at APfinity Mortgage, Pam will leverage her extensive industry knowledge to support our loan officers throughout the mortgage process. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to creating a seamless borrower experience make her a tremendous asset to both our team and our clients.
Outside of the office, Pam is passionate about giving back to her community. She has been actively involved in leadership and service with Riverside Park United Methodist Church and has supported charitable initiatives benefiting organizations such as the American Cancer Society.

Susan Kikta brings more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience and a long-standing commitment to community service to APfinity Mortgage. Beyond the mortgage industry, Susan has been deeply involved in her Florida community, having served the City of Tarpon Springs as both a City Commissioner and Vice Mayor. Her experience in public service reflects the same qualities she brings to her clients today—leadership, attention to detail, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping people.
